TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing vegaskarts.com, registering a driver profile, or purchasing a pre-order reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers.

Vegas Karts LLC operates a street-legal go-kart touring experience in Las Vegas, Nevada, using open-wheel mid-engine kit cars (DF Goblin platform) on public streets under supervision. Deployment is targeted for Winter 2026, subject to regulatory approval, vehicle certification, and operational readiness. Pre-orders placed before launch are reservations only — not confirmed bookings with a specific date or time.

Pre-orders are reservations for future service with no guaranteed date, time, or slot. Scheduling occurs after Winter 2026 deployment via email. Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase; no refund after confirmation. Contact sales@vegaskarts.com with your order confirmation to request a refund. Vegas Karts reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the service due to regulatory, operational, or safety requirements. Full refunds will be issued for any cancellations on our part.

Driver profile registration is a newsletter subscription only. No financial data is collected or stored at registration. Registration is not a purchase or binding contract.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Vegas Karts does not collect, store, or access payment card information. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy at stripe.com.

Participants must be a minimum of 18 years old and hold a valid, unexpired driver's license from any U.S. state or internationally valid for Nevada operation. License must be presented at the time of experience. Failure to meet these requirements results in forfeiture without refund.

The following are strictly prohibited: operating while impaired by alcohol, narcotics, prescription medication, or any impairing substance; reckless or dangerous driving; illegal activities; tampering with vehicles or equipment; operation outside designated routes or without supervision. Violations result in immediate removal without refund.

Vegas Karts LLC owns all site content including the brand name, logo, vehicle imagery, mission names, and graphics. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

By sharing mission cards, tagging @vegaskarts, or otherwise referencing Vegas Karts on social media, you grant Vegas Karts LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. Credit will be given where reasonably practicable.

Vegas Karts collects email addresses and optional names for newsletter registration and purchase processing. Data is not sold or shared except as needed to fulfill orders (Stripe) or as required by law. Google Analytics 4 is used for anonymized usage data. By registering or purchasing you consent to transactional and marketing emails; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Vegas Karts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. The Vegas Karts experience involves inherent risks including serious injury or death. See the separate Liability Waiver for full details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

Vegas Karts may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
